Children need consistent, positive support and guidance.  I feel encouragement and praise can be strong motivators in connecting with our students.  Acknowledging them with “good-morning”, “have a good day”, “how is class going”, or “how was your weekend” may seem small, but through daily recognition, students build trust in you that you truly care.  Establishing this trust, providing security, and a welcoming atmosphere provides children with an environment conducive to learning.   
 
I want to provide a positive school experience for our students, parents, faculty, and staff.  I value my position of being a liaison between parents and administration; as well as, an assistant to connecting parents to their child’s educator.  I want parents to feel welcomed and I encourage them to be involved in their child’s education.  I feel maintaining an open line of communication will help nurture trust and build a stronger community for our students.  As a school leader, I am dedicated to improving the educational experiences of our students, their families, and my colleagues.  I will continually work hard to ensure Stonebridge exceeds academic and administrative expectations.
